Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to centralquestboard.com (the "Site") and the pages, materials, and tools made available through the Site.
Central Quest Board presently uses the Site to make the questing ecosystem intelligible, and to provide a basic quest creation tool to enable generated PDF quest agreements to be downloaded for independent offsite use.
This Privacy Policy only concerns the Site as presently established. It does not govern independent offsite questing, agreements, communications, or third-party conduct.
2. Create a Quest Form Entries
Information entered into the tool is used in the browser for agreement review and PDF agreement generation for download. No inputted information is kept, handled, used, collected, or sold in any way beyond what is necessary to perform the preview, generation, and download tasks.
The quest creation tool uses agreement template data made available by the Site to generate the agreement preview and downloadable PDF.
3. Downloaded Agreements
Downloaded agreements are retained by the person who downloads them.
A downloaded agreement is not, by download alone, submitted to the board, posted publicly, accepted by Central Quest Board, or stored by the Site in any way.
The person downloading an agreement is responsible for handling, reviewing, storing, sharing, and using that downloaded document offsite.
4. Contact Correspondence
If a person contacts Central Quest Board through a contact channel made available by the Site, Central Quest Board may receive the information voluntarily included in that correspondence.
Contact correspondence may be used for communication, support, Site administration, policy handling, technical review, and stewardship correspondence concerning the Site.
5. Site Operation Data
Ordinary website operation may involve technical processing by Hostinger hosting infrastructure necessary to serve pages, maintain availability, diagnose errors, and protect site operation.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Browser Storage
This Site does not use analytics, cookies, payment services, or embedded third-party tools for the Create a Quest function.
Display preferences may be used transiently without being placed in the page URL or browser storage. A person may deliberately create a shareable Site URL. That URL contains a preference-schema marker and only the expression-pipeline selection, relationship, light states, point positions, and light-calibration values that differ from the Site’s authored defaults. Those differences remain sufficient to reconstruct the shared display preferences and may consequently appear in browser history, copied links, and ordinary request records.
If a person affirmatively selects Remember on this browser and agrees to the applicable Privacy Policy and display-preference storage notice, the Site stores only the display-preference schema version, policy version, selected expression pipeline, selected light relationship, enabled or disabled states of the ambient, warm, and cool lights, document-space and viewport-space positions of the warm and cool point lights, and complete light calibration in that browser's local storage.
Remembered display preferences are not quest-form entries and are not submitted to Central Quest Board. They may be removed at any time through Site Settings.
7. Retention
Create a Quest form entries are not retained by the Site
Downloaded agreements are not retained by the Site.
Contact correspondence may be retained as needed for communication, support, administration, policy handling, technical review, or stewardship correspondence.
8. Security
Central Quest Board seeks to operate the site in an orderly manner. No internet transmission, browser process, hosting environment, or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Persons using the site should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through contact channels.
