1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern use of centralquestboard.com (this "Site"), including its published materials, guide pages, participation pages, policy pages, and present tools.
For these Terms, Central Quest Board means the public stewardship identity presented through the Site.
The Site provides informational pages and a basic quest creation tool.
2. General Provisions
Persons using the Site shall use its pages, materials, and tools lawfully and in good faith.
The Site may not be used for unlawful, false, coercive, exploitative, or bad-faith purposes.
A person shall not use Site materials to falsely represent that Central Quest Board has accepted, approved, posted, reviewed, guaranteed, supervised, or become party to any quest or agreement.
The Site publishes materials concerning questing, guilds, quest boards, participation, and agreement formation.
Site materials may be read and used lawfully and in good faith according to their presented purpose.
Use of Site materials does not transfer ownership of the Site, its materials, agreement templates, or the questing ecosystem.
The Site does not provide legal advice. Central Quest Board is not a law firm.
The Central Quest Board does not own questing.
The Central Quest Board does not own a quest merely because the Site, form, guide, or Create a Quest tool was used.
The Central Quest Board does not guarantee independent offsite agreements, performance, fulfillment, reward, legal effect, safety, or conduct by any requester, quester, guild, or board.
The Site does not provide legal advice. Central Quest Board is not a law firm.
Use of the Site, the Create a Quest tool, agreement templates, guide material, or downloaded agreements does not create an attorney-client relationship, guild membership, board membership, employment relationship, or agency relationship.
The Site is not a marketplace, payment processor, escrow service, emergency service, law firm, or dispute-resolution body.
3. Create a Quest Tool
The Create a Quest tool is a quest agreement formation tool.
Use of the Create a Quest tool does not, by itself, submit or post a quest, create guild standing, cause a quester to accept a quest, or cause Central Quest Board to accept, review, supervise, enforce, or guarantee a quest.
The person using the tool is responsible for the accuracy of entries, review of the generated document, and any offsite use of the downloaded agreement.
The Create a Quest tool presently offers:
- Basic Quest Covenant Agreement
- Basic Quest Contract Agreement
These forms are document generation aids. They are not a guarantee of legal sufficiency, enforceability, suitability, or compliance with any particular jurisdiction.
4. Changes to Content and Policy
Published materials, pages, tools, routes, functions, and policies may be revised, replaced, removed, or expanded as the Site develops.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted may indicate acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
